Nine years in the making, a Lake Country man has finally put pen to paper on his first children’s book.
Derek Jory has always had a love for camping, the outdoors and spending quality time in nature. After the birth of his first child, Denver, it was important for him to share those same experiences with his son.
The Perfect Stick follows a number of outdoor adventures between Jory and his son, who often found themselves using their imagination to play with sticks during camping trips.
